Google Picasa

After using Google Picasa for a few weeks, I have to say it's the easiest picture editing and special effects software package I've ever used.  Now that Microsoft has discontinued it's Photo Editor product, Google can safely secure it's place as a solid alternative.  Click on the "Get Photo Software from Google" link to the right (under the More Stuff category) to try it today!
